I’m so excited to finally share these bridals with you. Sami and Blake are such an adventurous couple. I told them about the boat idea and they were more than willing and very excited. Sami’s mom, however, was a little nervous to watch her daughter climb into a boat in a lake while wearing her beautiful wedding dress. Luckily, Sami didn’t fall in, and we were able to get these gorgeous shots.

July 17, 2011What an absolutely beautiful wedding. The Spokane LDS Temple is located in a little valley surrounded by beautiful tall pine trees. We lucked out that it didn’t rain much as we walked around the temple taking pictures. When we arrived at Beacon Hill I was stunned by the amazing view of this reception center. As you can see from the pictures there was a beautiful hill that lead to an awesome pond. Thanks to Nicole’s two friends Eliesa and Jeck, who followed us around and helped make some of these fun pictures. Thank you Nicole and Eric for asking me to come and photograph your special day.

July 13, 2011Brad and Eliesa’s Zebra Bridals
July 10, 2011I have been patiently waiting to get these Bridals on the blog. Shooting with Zuri the Zebra was so much fun. His owners were very helpful and great to work with. I think the evening went well, and as you can imagine, we really drew a crowd around this field that day.
Yesterday in Portland Oregon these two got married in the Portland LDS Temple. I had the pleasure to go and shoot their amazing wedding. Check back soon to see some pictures of their wedding day.
Brad took some time after school one day to cross stitch this little number. He cracks me up.

June 17, 2011Sam and Blake Up Little Cottonwood
June 16, 2011Sam and Blake were fun to spend an evening with. Blake is the type you want to keep your eye on. Listening to his plans for life and his entrepreneurial spirit would get anyone excited. Watching these two together, you can really see how much they love each other. We originally planned to shoot in a wide open field but sadly the wind didn’t agree with us. When discussing an alternate location, Sam and Blake mentioned how much they love Little Cottonwood Canyon and how its the most beautiful of our local canyons. Its very true. You could pretty much pull over anywhere up there and find a great location. I’m excited to shoot their bridals because we have some great ideas in the works.
